Learn Ultra supports our goals of retaining and graduating more students. It looks great, facilitates communication, and offers students the educational resources needed to be successful.
Reason for moving to the Ultra experience:
“We needed a more up-to-date, SaaS-based LMS to support our aggressive retention and graduation goals.”
Transition timeline:
- May 2017 – Decision to renew Blackboard contract and transition to Learn Ultra after a thorough LMS re-evaluation
- Fall 2017 – Conducted pilot of the Ultra Base Navigation
- January 2018 – Moved to SaaS with the Ultra Base Navigation and Original Courses
- Spring 2018 – Rolled out Collaborate as a virtual classroom and Ally to increase content accessibility
