Bringing Nearly 17,000 Students and 700 Academians Across 6 Campuses Fully Online

When COVID-19 hit, the Malaysian government implemented the Movement Control Order (MCO) which included the prohibition of face-to-face classes at all institutions. The size and scale of operations at INTI presented it with multiple challenges as a result of the shutting down of its six campuses in March. Although INTI’s academians have used blended learning since 2012, the challenging task was to dramatically scale up their online teaching and learning in a matter of days, to avoid disruption to the student’s learning journey.
