Julie Uranis is the senior vice president for online and strategic initiatives at UPCEA and managing director of the National Council for Online Education. She leads planning for the Summit for Online Leadership and Administration (SOLAR), convenes the Council of Chief Online Learning Officers (C-COLO), and works on strategic initiatives, including professional development and external partnerships.
