We’ve designed our partnership program with the flexibility to meet you where you are and take you where you want to go. Our partnership tiers span Community, Developer Network, and three advanced partnership tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
This is an open entry point for organizations exploring integration with Blackboard. Partners gain access to public APIs, documentation, and standards-based guidance to assess feasibility and begin innovation with minimal barrier to entry.
It is designed for partners actively building and validating integrations. It provides access to development environments, shared SaaS sites, API documentation, support, and technical office hours to accelerate development and reduce time to market.
Bronze partners offer live, validated integrations that are institution-ready and listed in the Blackboard App Catalog. This level includes enhanced technical support, partner management, production API access, and increased visibility to help partners establish trust and adoption with customers. Bronze partners are also able to co-market with Blackboard.
Silver partners demonstrate proven adoption and reliability at scale. In addition to prioritized technical support, partner management, dedicated environments, and validation recognition, Silver partners benefit from go‑to‑market enablement and closer collaboration to drive growth and customer success.
Gold partners are Blackboard’s most strategic and trusted integration collaborators. They receive premium technical access, release assurance, dedicated partnership management, and deep alignment across product, engineering, and go‑to‑market teams to deliver scalable innovation and shared customer outcomes.
