More than a Score – Creating Inclusive and Accessible Online Courses
Speaker: Alistair McNaught

Across the globe, accessibility legislation puts legal responsibility on educators to supply barrier-free online learning experiences to students. Tools like Blackboard Ally can contribute to the solution by providing feedback on the accessibility of course content, but inclusive content is just the beginning. This session helps your organisation take a strategic approach to creating accessible online experiences. It explores the continuum between accessible content, inclusive course design and an “Accessibly mature” organisation with effective processes and policies. Wherever you sit in an organisation, delivering directly to students or managing and supporting others, this session should help you join the dots between your work and those of your colleagues.
