As a principal strategist for the Blackboard Global Consulting team, I work with clients to help improve and grow their technology-based educational programs. I primarily work with established or emerging online and blended/hybrid programs, and new CBE programs with a keen focus on student success. I also present regularly at industry conferences sharing practical lessons from the field. 

My primary areas of focus include:
