Frequently Asked Questions

Getting Started

Are there any specific computer requirements I need to join?
The Hubilo platform is compatible with a number of browsers (Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge), but we suggest using Google Chrome for optimal results. You can view additional system requirements here

How will I log into the platform?
You must log in with a valid, registered email address. When you log in, you will receive a login code from the email address: [email protected] It may end up in your spam or junk mail folder, so be sure to check there. If you have any issues, please reach out to [email protected].

How do I set up my profile?
Upon logging in for the first time, you will be prompted to set up your profile. Add a profile photo, fill in the 'about' section and link your social media handles. You will also select your areas of interest. The event platform will use your profile information to match you with like-minded attendees who you might want to connect with. Find your matches in the "Audience" tab!

Do you have any additional documentation to navigate the site for those who use assistive technologies?
Yes, please see the documentation on how to navigate the BbWorld application here
