"Submission to the Greenhouse ECP has allowed me as an instructor to examine curriculum, teaching strategies and student engagement from a broader evaluative perspective. Having to complete each section of the rubric using anecdotes and visuals helped me to clearly see how components in our course compared to best practices. While the process did help to identify course components that could be improved, it was also a very positive experience when areas that the development team identified as strengths were affirmed through the use of the rubric." (Kelly Dukelow)
