The Blackboard Mobile™ Learn platform takes interactive teaching and learning mobile, giving students and educators access to their courses, content and organizations on a variety of devices including iPhone®, iPod touch®, iPad®, Android™, BlackBerry®, and Palm® smartphones.
Coming only six months after the initial launch, the new Blackboard Mobile Learn 2.0 has an exciting assortment of new features that leverages new device capabilities and increases usability. Students and instructors can now create content. They can upload media as attachments to blogs, journals and discussions directly from their mobile device. Additionally, it's been redesigned for a new and improved interface that supports threaded hierarchy. Courses can also be marked as favorites so students and faculty can more easily manage the courses or organizations that they access most frequently.

Students and instructors using Blackboard Learn versions 8.0, 9.0 or 9.1 can access documents in multiple formats, post announcements, create discussion threads and posts, upload media as attachments to discussion boards and blogs, create content items within the course map, and comment on blogs and journals - all from the mobile devices they love.
