The line where the campus ends and the surrounding community begins is becoming increasingly blurred as students constantly move between the two. Fortunately for the university, this blurring of lines creates terrific opportunities for new revenue sources and increased student satisfaction.

With this in mind, institutions are using Blackboard® technology so any student, teacher or member of the community can use their campus ID card even when they’re making purchases off campus.

Blackboard Transact™ services provides a secure, cashless and convenient way to make purchases—all within a university-approved merchant network. You’ll reap the benefits associated with:
