Reach Your Market
Blackboard® software serves more than 4,300 institutions in more than 60 countries. By developing a Blackboard Building Block™ or Blackboard PowerLink™ to integrate with Blackboard Academic Suite™ you can increase client awareness of your product offerings and potentially the reach of your market.
How does this work? Being a commercial member of the Blackboard Developer Network™ (BbDN) gives members access to a number of opportunities to learn from, about and market to the Blackboard Academic Suite client base. These experiences give Blackboard’s clients exposure to and an understanding of your product offering while you learn more about what they need and value.
Among the many opportunities available, Blackboard Developer Network members may:
- Sponsor BbWorld™, Blackboard’s flagship Users Conference, held annually in the United States where upwards of ,2000 clients from all roles and responsibilities within the academic organization come to learn about all things related to Blackboard and our software.
- Sponsor Blackboard client events on a Global basis through a program designed to be customized to your marketing needs. Companies can leverage our Global Sponsorship program to expand globally or deepen their commitment to target regions in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Latin America or Australasia.
- Engage clients through webinars and newsletters. BbDN members can leverage these communication channels to highlight their client success.
Industry events where opportunities for collaborating on marketing or other opportunities may present themselves.
- List your Blackboard Building Block and/or Blackboard PowerLink tools in the Blackboard Building Blocks catalog or Blackboard PowerLinks Showcase. These online repositories serve as the primary marketing vehicle for BbDN members to reach our client base.
These are just a few of the opportunities available, for more information please email the Blackboard Developer Network team at b2-info@blackboard.com.
