Full Conference Registration Includes:
Access to all educational sessions, keynote presentations, exhibitions, and personal development workshops.
Access to the following functions:
- Monday, 8 April – Welcome Reception
- Tuesday, 9 April – Lunch, Refreshment Breaks and Conference Dinner
- Wednesday, 10 April – Lunch and Refreshment Breaks
One Day Registration Includes:
All sessions, lunch, and refreshment breaks that are being offered that day.
Spouse/Guest Registration Includes:
Access to the following functions:
- Monday, 8 April – Welcome Reception
- Tuesday, 9 April –Conference Dinner
Payment Policy
Blackboard accepts payments by:
- Wire transfer (up to 30 days prior to conference date only)
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
A 30GBP surcharge will be added to registrations submitted with a request to pay by wire transfer.
All outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to the conference. Attendees will be required to settle their balance on-site before they are given their conference materials.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellation notices must be received in writing by EIM via email: BbWorld@eim-inc.com. Registration cancellations received on or before Friday, 15 March 2013 are eligible for a refund less a 100.00GBP (plus VAT) administrative fee. Credit cards refunds will be processed within three (3) business days of receipt.
Registrants cancelling after Friday, 15 March 2013 and conference no shows are liable for the full amount due.
Substitutions
Substitutions are accepted. Select the option to register as a substitute in the registration process. You will need to obtain the registration confirmation number of the person you are replacing. Upon approval of the original registrant, your substitute status will be complete. If your substitution request is not approved by the original registrant, you will have the option to pay or cancel your request.
Photography Policy
From time to time, Blackboard may take photographs or video at its events, including Blackboard Teaching and Learning Conference 2013, and assumes your attendance indicates your consent to having your image used in potential future marketing materials.
