If you are travelling by car, please note that Aston Street (location of Aston University’s Business School) is now closed to through traffic. Google maps and some satellite navigation systems do not yet reflect this!

For access to Aston Business School Conference Centre, please access Aston Street from Woodcock Street and not the main road, James Watt Queensway. Please use the downloadable map to locate your venue.

If you are using a GPS system to find us the Post Code is B4 7ET. On some GPS systems this will take you to Corporation Street, however you will need to get to Aston Street to get to the Conference Aston venues. From here, please refer to the downloadable map for directions to the venues.

Aston University now has onsite car parking which is available to pre-registered delegates attending an event at a Conference Aston venue. Parking spaces are available on a first come first served basis at a charge of £4.50 8am-8pm during the day and £1.00 overnight 8pm-8am. To book and pay for your space, please book online. If we have spaces available, you will then be emailed with your unique entry code for use on the day of your event. For onsite car parking – please complete this form.

If Aston’s on-site car park is full, there are a number of pay and display car parks just minutes from the venues. The closest is Millenium Point which can be found on the downloadable map. A member of the conference team will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your car park space.
