The Blackboard Catalyst Awards recognize outstanding work by Blackboard Clients in various categories. We congratulate our winners and celebrate their achievements every year in our Blackboard Awards Luncheon which takes place at our largest users’ conference, BbWorld.
Honoring institutions that have demonstrated excellence in three categories, these awards recognize 21st century educational experiences occurring at districts, schools and educational organizations. The three areas which are recognized are Excellence in Online Professional Development, Virtual Learning and Blended Learning. The institutions selected have implemented outstanding anytime, anywhere professional development; have expanded student learning opportunities through use of virtual courses; and have engaged students in and out of the classroom through the use of online learning.
