The committee is made up of both original Blackboard clients , former WebCT clients and newly appointed ANGEL clients from North America and around the world. The BIE Steering Committee has Higher Education, Corporate, Content and K-12 representation.
These clients collaborate with Blackboard’s product development and strategy teams on ways to enhance existing technology and incorporate increased user feedback into their product development process.
