Getting Started Implementation Services

If you’re a smaller institution implementing a collaboration solution for the first time, this is the solution for you. It provides guidance, transfers knowledge, and makes recommendations based on industry best practices to successfully manage the administrator interface, deliver live and interactive Blackboard Collaborate™ web conferencing sessions.


Standard Implementation Services

This solution fits the implementation needs of most customers. Services include:

  • Kick-off call to organize and prioritize service and product deliverables
  • Initial engagement, typically on-site, designed to align faculty use case with a measurable action plan
  • Engagement report containing the action plan and associated project plan
  • Quarterly status checks to review progress tasks and performance against assigned metrics

Custom Implementation Services

Our team can tailor your technical implementation solution to your unique situation. This includes taking advantage of the configurable items within Blackboard Collaborate products such as custom LMS integrations.
