Community members miss a message? The Connect Access Portal gives your recipients an at-a-glance view in to the messages you have sent. They can view email and text messages, and even playback audio messages.

Update Contact Information

Residents and businesses can quickly and easily add, update or delete contact information, ensuring you are sending only to the addresses and devices on which they wish to receive alerts and notifications. You will have better community contact data than you ever imagined.

Set Message Delivery Preferences

Customize your community’s experience with the Connect Access Portal. Stakeholders can set preferences by mode – opting to receive outreach messages via email, for example, and setting emergency messages to go to multiple phones via SMS.

Subscribe to Message Groups

You will want to create subscriber groups that your audience can opt to join. Let your citizens tells you which messages they want to hear by signing up for Connect Access Portal groups. Crime alerts, parks and recreation updates, road closures, and planned utility outages are just some of the groups you can create and your community can sign up for.
