Bruce is the Vice President for Administration at the American Council on Education (ACE) in Washington, DC. He oversees Human Resources and Operations Services; Facilities and Office Services; Procurement and Document Solutions Center; and Information Technology Services. He has been with ACE since June 2007.
Prior to coming to ACE, he was the Associate Vice President and CIO for Georgia Perimeter College; served as a Senior Manager in the Higher Education Practice of BearingPoint Inc. (formerly KPMG Consulting)where he managed a wide range of consulting assignments, both nationally and internationally; and, in succession, directed IT services for four major universities and a foundation. He has been active in professional associations throughout his career. He holds a BS degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MS degree from the University of Pittsburgh, both in mathematics.
