Air Travel

Travel into Las Vegas is served by McCarran International Airport (LAS). 

Delta Airlines - 5% on discounted/restricted fares (not including L, U and T classes of service) and 10% on full/non-restricted fares. Reservations can be made online at www.delta.com or by calling Delta Meeting Network Reservations at 1-800-328-1111 from 7am - 7pm Monday-Friday.  Please note that a Direct Ticketing Charge will apply to tickets booked by phone.  When booking online, attendees will need to select Meeting Event Code and enter Meeting ID code NMFET in the box provided on the Search Flight page.

American Airlines - 5% off of published fares.  Reservations can be made online at www.aa.com/group or by calling American Airlines Meeting Service Desk at 1-800-433-1790.  Please note that a Ticketing Fee will apply to tickets booked by phone.  When booking online, attendees will need to use promotion code 3573DH.

Ground Transportation

Taxi Cabs

Queue lines for taxis are available outside of baggage claim at both Terminal 1 and 3, just look for signage. Taxi transfer to The Venetian & Palazzo Resorts averages approx. $15-30 one-way, depending on traffic. View taxi information on airport website.

Shuttle Services

Group shuttles are an economical way to get to and from the airport, although the vehicle may make multiple hotel stops. The one-way cost is approx. $7.00 per person and departs from both terminals. View a complete list of companies providing shuttle service from the airport.

In addition, The Venetian & Palazzo Resorts offer shuttles to and from the airport at approx. $7.00 per person, one way (cash payment only). Regular service available 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 7 days a week; beyond those hours, reservations are required 24 hours in advance. Contact The Venetian & Palazzo Concierge Services at 877-264-1347 for further details. (Please note that the shuttle from the airport may make stops at multiple hotels, however the transfer from the resort is direct.)

Rental Cars

The McCarran Rent-A-Car Center is just three miles from the airport with easy freeway access to Interstates 15 and 215 and the Las Vegas Strip. Guests arriving at McCarran International Airport can catch the McCarran Rent-A-Car Center shuttles to pick up their vehicles. From baggage claim look for the Rental Car Shuttle signage; the center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. View car rental info on airport website.

Budget Rental Car - The group discount is a variable one that ranges from 5% to 40% depending on the type of car rented, the length of the rental and the renting location.  When booking, attendees will need to provide the Budget Customer Discount promotion code: U011142. Travelers may book cars online at Budget.com - BbWorld 2013 or by calling 1-800-525-7537.

Avis Rental Car - The group discount is a variable one that ranges from 5% to 40% depending on the type of car rented, the length of the rental and the renting location.  When booking, attendees will need to provide the Avis Worldwide Discount promotion code: D019190.  Travelers may book cars online at Avis.com - BbWorld 2013 or by calling 1-800-331-1600.  In addition, Avis Car Rental has desks located in both the Venetian and Palazzo main lobby, next to Concierge Services. Hours of operation are 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 7 days a week. To reserve online for pick up at one of the hotels, just type either hotel name in the “Location Pick-up” field.

Driving Directions from McCarran International Airport to The Venetian and Palazzo Resorts

1. Exit Airport and take Swenson Street
2. Exit Tropicana and turn left
3. Take Tropicana to Las Vegas Boulevard (the strip); turn right
4. The Venetian will be on the right-hand side approximately three-quarters of a mile north
5. The Palazzo is the next Hotel on the right-hand side after the Venetian
