Full BbWorld 2013 Registration for an Individual includes:

• Access to all general and educational sessions, the Exhibit Hall and the Internet Cafe.
• Tuesday Meals: Welcome Reception.
• Wednesday Meals: Breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks.
• Thursday Meals: Breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks, and the Client Appreciation Party.

BbWorld 2013 Spouse/Guest Registration includes:

• Access to the Exhibit Hall, Internet Cafe and evening functions on Tuesday and Thursday. Spouse/Guest registration does not include access to general sessions or educational sessions, breakfast or lunch functions.

Client Appreciation Party

The Blackboard Client Appreciation Party is open to all full registered attendees and registered Spouse/Guests that are 21 years or age and over.

Full Developers Conference 2013 Registration includes:

• Access to all DevCon general and educational sessions, the Internet Cafe, and Tuesday’s BbWorld educational sessions, Keynote, and Welcome Reception.
• Monday Meals: Breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks and DevCon Client Appreciation Party.
• Tuesday Meals: Breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks, and the BbWorld Welcome Reception.

Developers Conference 2013 Spouse/Guest Registration includes:

• Access to Internet Cafe for the duration of the Developers Conference, DevCon Client Appreciation Party on Monday, July 8, and the BbWorld Welcome Reception on Tuesday, July 9. Spouse/Guest registration does not include access to general sessions or educational sessions, breakfast or lunch functions

Speaker Registration

• BbWorld speakers receive a discounted registration price of $650 ($450 for K-12 speakers) for the regular conference sessions. There is no speaker discount for Poster Session presenters.
• Developers Conference speakers receive a discounted registration price of $375.
• Speakers will receive information on how to apply that discount if their proposal is accepted.
• All speakers must pre-register to attend BbWorld and/or DevCon.
• Travel and expenses are the responsibility of the speaker.

Payment Policy

Blackboard accepts payments by check or credit card (American, Discover, Visa, MasterCard).

All outstanding balances must be paid in full prior to the conference. Attendees will be required to settle their balance onsite before they are given their conference materials.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation notices for BbWorld and DevCon must be received in writing via email to BbWorld@eim-inc.com. Cash refunds will be processed within ten (10) business days of receipt. Credit card refunds will be processed within three (3) business days of receipt. Registration cancellations received on or before June 14, 2013 are eligible for a refund, less a $50 administrative fee.

Registrants canceling after June 14, 2013, AND CONFERENCE NO SHOWS are liable for the full amount due.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after June 14, 2013.

Substitutions

Substitutions are accepted. Select the option to register as a substitute during the registration process. You will need to obtain the registration confirmation number of the person you are replacing. Upon approval of the original registrant, your substitute status will be complete. If your substitution request is not approved by the original registrant, you will have the option to pay or cancel your request.

As you complete the registration form, enter information (name, address, etc) for the substitute and not for the original registrant.

Photography Policy

From time to time, Blackboard may take photographs or video at its events, including BbWorld and DevCon, and assumes your attendance indicates your consent to having your image used in potential future marketing materials. How do I request a visa invitation?

You can request a visa invitation letter to assist in obtaining your visa so you can attend BbWorld 2013. You must register for the conference prior to requesting a visa invitation. Please send an email to HRAdministrator@blackboard.com and complete this form.
