How do I make a hotel reservation for BbWorld in New Orleans, LA?

What is the attire for the conference?
Business Casual to Casual. We recommend that you bring a sweater or jacket for added warmth, as personal temperature preferences can vary.
Are we allowed to bring guests to BbWorld evening events?
Registered BbWorld 2012 conference attendees and exhibitors are automatically invited to attend the social events at BbWorld 2012. As alcohol is served at the Client Appreciation Event, all guests must be 21 years or older. Guests are welcome to attend, for an additional fee. More information on guest registration is available on our registration site.
Who do I contact if I have special needs, such as wheelchair accessibility, specific dietary needs, etc.?
You should include those requests in the Special Needs section of the registration site.
Where can I find speaker information?
Speaker information will be made available on the BbWorld 2012 website in the Spring 2012.
How do I request a visa invitation?
You can request a visa invitation letter to assist in obtaining your visa so you can attend BbWorld 2012. You must register for the conference prior to requesting a visa invitation. Please send an email to HRAdministrator@blackboard.com and complete this form.
