As senior vice president of marketing, Tracey works across the company to create strategic marketing programs that deepen relationships with customers and prospects and help drive sales. She is an accomplished marketing executive with a track record of leading teams to deliver innovative programs that stimulate growth while advancing the brand.
Prior to joining Blackboard in 2013, Tracey held leadership positions with global responsibility at Philips Healthcare, McKesson Corporation, Sun Microsystems, Autodesk, and Fair Isaac Company. She started her career with the ad agency BBDO in New York followed by senior posts at McCann Erickson and Saatchi & Saatchi in San Francisco, where she managed brands for a wide range of industries, from technology to consumer packaged goods; companies she has worked with include Hewlett Packard, Lever Brothers, Gillette, Pepsi-Cola, and HBO. Early in her career, Advertising Age profiled her as one of 25 “Women to Watch."
Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications and Psychology from the University of Utah.
