Blackboard Inc. Announces First Quarter 2008 Conference Call

WASHINGTON, April 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Blackboard Inc. (Nasdaq: BBBB) announced today that it will issue a press release concerning its financial results for the first quarter of 2008 after the market close on Wednesday, May 7, 2008. Following the press release, Blackboard management will host a conference call beginning at 4:30 p.m. (ET).
