Advocacy

U.S. Capitol buildingEducation technology is at the heart of Blackboard. It’s not only
our business; it’s our passion. Technology helps us achieve our mission of creating better education experience. It helps close social gaps and advance students’ goals. It supports long-term economic growth. It creates stories of opportunity. It makes education more available, personalized, and relevant to today’s learners and educators.

That’s why we work closely with U.S. Congress, the Administration, and state and industry stakeholders to advocate the smart implementation of technology tools in education.
